I woke up this morning and something hit me: I now own a house!

 

Kristin and I are very happy, scared, excited, but most of all, can't wait to move into our new place. We know we have some pretty big obstacles to deal with, but also many happy and rewarding moments to look forward too.

 

There aren't that many certainties in life, but one thing we are sure of is that none of this could have been accomplished without the incomparable professional hard work that you two showed us. You made us feel secure and comfortable throughout a very difficult and uncertain process.

 

Friends are a dime a dozen but only great friends help you realize your dreams. Christine and Dick, you are truly great friends!
