Please take a moment to get to know the staff members of the Richard F. Walter Inc., Realtors and learn a little more about us, and who we are.

Richard F. Walter
Dick has been involved in the Real Estate industry for well over thirty years. He has always believed it necessary to be on the leading edge of technology, education and finding better ways to serve his customers.
While the mountains of paperwork associated with running the Real Estate and Mortgage companies keeps Dick busy, he has learned that life is short, and one must make the most of every day. Having survived stomach cancer, Dick works long, hard days Monday through Friday, but can be found deep sea fishing, or flying on the weekends! On vacations, Dick travels extensively and goes paragliding over Schloss Neuschwanstein (The Cinderella Castle), which is located in Bavaria, Germany.
Dick and his family searched long and hard to find the perfect image to represent Richard F. Walter, Inc. Realtors and what it stands for. Neuschwanstein Castle seems to be the perfect image of attaining ones dream while at the same time, giving the feeling of integrity and security. These are the things he strives for: helping people obtain their dream(s)…a place they can call their very own…a home.

Christine Walter Hussey

Christine comes to the Real Estate industry after having spent a number of years as an International Sales Representative. She is currently the Director of Operations for Walter Financial, Inc. and recently obtained her Real Estate license so she can best serve her clients in all aspects of a real estate transaction. Christine stands by her belief that all people deserve the opportunity to achieve their goals and dreams of owning a home. Having extensively traveled internationally, Christine appreciates that in America, all things are possible and dreams do come true. Her family is a prime example that hard work, drive and motivation pay off.
When time permits, Christine can be found exploring new places (both domestically and internationally), attending cultural events, skydiving, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and other adventuresome activities. Christine also enjoys spending time with her husband and two German Shepherds.
What Christine values most in life is family and health. She is a believer in Carpe Diem and has every intention of working hard to help people obtain their home goal(s).

Justin Stranere
Justin is a lifelong resident of Bucks County and is quite familiar with the surrounding areas. He began his real estate career as an investor in 1998, acquiring his first real estate holding. After acquiring several personal investment properties, he decided to get licensed and became a PA Licensed Realtor in March 2001. August 2001 is when he officially joined Richard F. Walter Inc., Realtors full time and has had a successful career thus far.
Specializing in Central & Upper Bucks County, along with Eastern Montgomery County, he can operate anywhere in Pennsylvania.
Being a member of NAR, PAR, BCAR, SRA and Trend since 2001, keeps him updated with the important affiliations. In late 2004 Justin earned his E-pro certification which is a NAR endorsed designation certifying him with 1% Realtors Nationwide as Internet Professionals. Later he joined the RECS which is another designation and group of internet savvy professionals.
His personal mission statement is: To put his clients’ needs first – 100% of the Time
Our company is unique in the fact that the President, Dick, learned early on that the mortgage process controls the flow of the RE transaction. To best serve his clients, Justin is a licensed loan solicitor with the mortgage division, Walter Financial Inc. He has been involved with consumer finance and lending for over 14+ years and that experience allows him to structure deals in his clients’ best interest. Through the mortgage division, Justin can help clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Along with being committed to his clients and work, Justin is committed to his family. He has been married for over 3 years and he and his wife Heather are expecting their first child in early 2007. Justin hopes the birth of their first child won’t keep him too far from his passions of golfing, fine art, watching movies and spending quality time with friends and family.

Phil Gustte
Richard F. Walter Inc., Realtors is proud to include Phil Gustte as the newest member to the RFW Realtors Team. Phil joins the Real Estate Industry while still pursuing a career as a Captain for a major airline. While he has enjoyed the airline industry for over 29 years, he has always had a fond interest in the Real Estate market and the funding options available to home buyers and investors. As a “Real Estate Enthusiast” he has been able to pursue all types of residential properties. In addition, Phil has frequently used his real estate knowledge and experience to help friends secure the tools necessary to purchase that first home or investment in this ever changing environment.
Originally from Colorado, Phil moved to the Bucks County area in May of 1999. He is married with one son, 14 years old. When not spending time in the offices of RFW Realtors helping people attain their dream of home ownership, Phil enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, riding motorcycles, flying, boating and just about anything else that keeps him outdoors!

Phyllis Smith
Phyllis earned her PA Real Estate Broker’s license and Graduate Real Estate (GRE) designation in 1990. She has her M.Ed. from the College of New Jersey and an Administrative Certification from Arcadia University. As a real estate consultant, Phyllis enjoys working with people and playing a pivotal role in making their most important financial investment, buying or selling a home, a win-win situation. It is her belief that a successful real estate transaction is a 4K Process: Knowledge of customer’s needs, Knowledge of the market and the community, Knowledge of fair- market trends, and Knowledge of the best financial mortgaging source, Walter Financial, Inc. Team. Throughout her career, Phyllis has successfully facilitated land acquisition projects for large and small builders, and facilitated commercial property transactions, one of which was the listing and selling of the Doylestown Inn. This, in addition to a portfolio of successful residential transactions, continues to demonstrate her professional attitude and determination to do what is best for her customers.
She and her family have lived in the Central Bucks community for 27 years and believe it important that the Upper and Central Bucks towns and countryside sustain their scenic landscape through careful environmentally- conscience planning and development.
