During my many years as a licensed Real Estate Broker, I realized that financing was an extremely important part of a Real Estate transaction. With that philosophy in mind, I have been actively involved in originating mortgages since 1970. Walter Financial, Inc. was formed as a separate company in 1980 and formally became a Pennsylvania corporation on October 17, 1986. Walter Financial, Inc. is currently licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.
